I suppose your question is if there is a connection between the ten commandments and the ten utterances that G-d used to create the world. Perhaps one can say that the ten utterances are ten steps in the building of the world by Hashem. We are commanded to perfect the world built in ten steps by following the mitzvos, all categorized in one of the ten commandments.
