Sabbath for your workers

Why is it said that Shabat is a day of relaxation and NO WORK for the benefit of the animals and the servants of the household. Why are the animals and the servants so important to be mentioned in such a specific way in the Torah?
(Sorry I do not remember the exact place!)
Thanks for your answer in advance

Besides the Shabbat day being a day of renewal for people, it was
also a day “off” for people’s living workers. This concept, of
granting vacation to those under your dominion, was a novel concept
through most of human history. It also is another way in which Shabbat
observance demonstrates to the observer that we are guests of G-d in
this world. We refrain from expoiting the bounties of the world, when
the Master requests us too.
