Genesis 4:17 says ‘And Cain knew his wife’. Who can this wife be if Adam and Eve only had 3 sons!
Answer
The Medrash writes that together with Cain and Abel were born three girls. Each married one and according to one opinion cited by the Medrash, their fight in which Abel was murdered was over who would get the third girl.
