Why did Shimshon (Samson)Â specifically use the jaw bone of a donkey to fight the Philistines. Was it considered a miracle. Why didnt he use a sword or weapons of war?
Answer
That’s an interesting question. In the simple understanding, I’d say that he had no other weapon available. He was being turned over to the Philistines – bound, weaponless and helpless. Truth is, throughout his career he made it a practice of “waging war” on his own, so that no one else in Israel should be implicated.
