In Genesis it tells us what was created on each day. So if on the first day, the Heaven and Earth were created, and at the end of the week, the sixth day, man was created, and man was not around until after the dinosaurs, where do the dinosaurs come in?
Your question about man and dinosaurs makes an assumption – that man did not exist until after the dinosaurs were extinct. The possibility exists that man may not have lived in the same areas as dinosaurs, yet still existed. Ancient civilization was centered in a relatively small area of the earth. The dinosaurs may have become extinct before man dispersed. Furthermore, the possibility also exists that the original seven days of creation were not mere 24 hour periods, but many, many years each. They may have become extinct before man was created on the “sixth day.”
