G-d’s Names

Question

What is the personal name of God?

Answer

G-d does not have any Names. What we think of as Names are actually attributes, each expressing various aspects of G-d. We can never understand G-d but these representations help us to appreciate small bits of Who He is. There are quite a few “Names,” but there are rules as to which ones may be spoken and under what circumstances. It is serious stuff.
