Elazar Meisels

Meisels is a graduate of Telshe Rabbinical College in Chicago,
Yeshivas Mir, Jerusalem and the Detroit Community Kollel, where he
directed the community outreach division. Rabbi Meisels founded the Lidrosh Institute of Jewish Education.
As director and senior lecturer, Rabbi Meisels delivers weekly lectures
to religious and secular Jewish adults on matters of Jewish
spirituality. He is also the rabbi at Hillel of Michigan State
University and a featured lecturer at Moodus Summer Retreats, an
organization that hosts outreach sessions for secular Jewish
