Question: What do I do? How can I do teshuvah (repent) if I am fairly certain that I will do the same thing again?
Answer: You are not the only one with this issue, in fact virtually all people working on Teshuvah realize that they are likely to do the sin again, however this does not mean that it isn’t worth trying. G-d understands that we are not perfect and as long as we are trying, G-d sees our effort.
