Do Haftorah portions change every year for any given parsha? I sometimes find they vary from one year to the next.
Generally speaking the Haftarah for every parsha remains the same every year. The exceptions are when Shabbat falls out on Rosh Chodesh or the day before Rosh Chodesh, or on a holiday. In addition, there are special Maftir readings on several of the weeks preceeding Purim and Pesach, each of which has its own special Haftarah.
